Racing loses another


Russ Wallace, father of Rusty, Kenny, and Mike, passed away yesterday. He recently suffered a stroke and passed from complications. He was 77. His work ethic and racing ability was a driving force in his children's racing careers. Russ Wallace

Zimbabwean man says that he is in love with a donkey

This is just comical and pathetic. This poor guy says that he hired a prostitute for $25 but when he woke the next day, he was accused of having sex with a donkey. He's now claiming that the prostitute became a donkey sometime during the night and he is truly in love with the animal. A judge will decide his fate after a mental examination. love story

baby bear visits grocery store

Saturday a young cub wandered into an IGA in Ketchikan, Alaska. It didn't seem hungry to onlookers--just trying to hide from all the people. Someone eventually grabbed it and released it outside the store. It hasn't been seen since. Hopefully it found it's mama and has returned to the wild. visitor

Ryan 'Troop' Jones passed away recently with complications of pneumonia. He was the fiddle player in the band. My heart goes out to all those affected by his departure. Troop

An airport is probably not the place you would expect to get free cookies but at an Indiana airport, that is exactly what you get. And now, late arrivals can also get cookies. At 8:30pm, the free cookies were no longer available but passengers were so adamant about their cookies that a kiosk has been set up just for them. free cookies

"Up" House re-created


The Bangerter brothers got permission from Disney to build an exact replica of the "Up" house in Herriman, Utah. Even the mailbox represents the two main characters. Herriman's population is about 20,000 and has already seen 27,000 visitors to the house. "Up" House
