The roof flaps of 31 NASCAR teams were confiscated after inspections. The flap spacers were illegally filed down to reduce weight. After the 16 Sprint cup car violations were found, the inspections focused on the Nationwide garage and 15 more violations were found there. The roof flaps of 31 NASCAR teams were confiscated after inspections. The flap spacers were illegally filed down to reduce weight.
