graduation promise

After Lt. Eric Ellison had to tell Kazzie Portie that his parents had been killed in a  motorcycle accident, he also promised to show up at the teen's graduation ceremony.  The death of Kazzie's parents carried a dark cloud over his graduation which was a week later.  But when he walked on stage to see Lt. Ellison waiting for him, part of the cloud seemed to disappear giving him hope for the future.  officer at graduation
