abandoned

A jogger in Michigan discovered a box of puppies while she was out running.  Julie Newman noticed the box sitting by a tree but went to investigate when she saw it moving.  There were 19 puppies in a urine soaked box.  If they had been left to fend for themselves in the cold, they would not have survived.  Julie got help from her sister and got those puppies to a local shelter where they received medical attention.  They'll be spayed and neutered and then be put up for adoption.  How could anyone be so cruel?  rescued
