Anyone caught driving drunk in Wyoming, MN after the big game last Sunday was in for some severe punishment. The police there threatened to make offenders watch the Justin Bieber commercial all the way to the jail. It was announced on Twitter. Not sure if anyone was subjected to that torture or not.
