A group of people who are frustrated with the current political system have formed a new group called the Centrist Project.  Their dream is to get Independents elected to office at all levels to help the Democrats and Republicans compromise and to find a common ground where everyone can agree.  Even though they know that they have an uphill battle ahead of them, they've already made some progress.  power to the people
