An inmate escaped from a federal prison, went to a neighboring property, and picked up a bag that was left there. Inside the bag was some home-cooked food, alcohol, and other contraband. He was arrested on his way back into the prison. I'm guessing that stuff would be worth a lot inside the walls of a jail. But is it worth more time on his sentence?
