Is arranged marriage legal?

A gay man is fighting his father's Will which says that he must marry his child's mother for the child to be eligible for an inheritance. He's arguing that this type of marriage would not be real--instead a sham causing him to either live celibate or "cheat" outside his marriage. forced into marriage
