No beer=emergency

Allen Troy Brooks called 911 to report he had no beer and ask for a ride to the store to get some. It got him a ride alright...to jail. He was charged with calling 911 in a non-emergency. He says that he made a mistake when trying to call a friend. His bond was $1500--that would've gotten him a cab ride and a whole lot of beers. 911 for beer
