coyote went for a ride

A driver in Waukegan, IL was sure that he had hit something on his way to work but he didn't see anything in the road so he continued on his way.  What he discovered was that he indeed did hit a coyote and the animal was wedged into the grill of his SUV.  Mark Armour called animal control which rescued the coyote.  It has three broken legs but is doing well at Flint Creek Wildlife Rehabilitation.  It's hoped that the coyote will make a full recovery and will be released back into the wild.  coyote's ride
