There is a referendum on the ballot in Switzerland to provide lawyers for abused animals. Humans can hire attorneys but no one is there to represent the abused animal. The Swiss will vote on March 7. http://www.time.com/time/world/article/0,8599,1963933,00.html?xid=yahoo-feat
