forget your pants?

It all started in New York 12 years ago.  In 2002 the US group Improv Everywhere started the "No Pants Subway Ride."  It has now grown internationally with more than 4,000 taking part in New York alone compared to 7 for the first pantsless ride.  the rules of the ride
