Boston Strong Ducks

Rubber ducks have helped cheer up children at Sandy Hook and now they're being used to help people remember and "pay it forward" in honor of the Boston Marathon tragedy.  Lori Tosches loved to cheer on the runners from the starting line of the marathon.  But after the bombings, she wanted to do more.  She started a facebook page and scattered ducks around the start line with the page address on them.
That started a series of random acts of kindness all over the world.  She started out by footing the bill for the ducks but now charges $5 each with part of the money going to the Boston victims.  Recipients of the ducks have been sending pictures to show how they have paid it forward with the Boston Strong Ducks.  On April 20, 2014, Lori will once again be at the starting line with ducks in tow.  Boston Strong Ducks
