HOV lanes

We don't have HOV lanes around here but there are many in bigger cities.  I've used them all over the country in my many travels.  One woman in Washington thought she would use one as well.  But without a second person in the vehicle, it is illegal to drive in those lanes.  This driver was speeding and got pulled over by a State Trooper.  What  he found in her passenger seat definitely did not qualify as a passenger.  She had a large stuffed bear strapped into the seat.  So she not only got a ticket for speeding but one for illegal use of the HOV lane as well.  Then when it was discovered that she didn't have insurance, she got another one.  That was definitely a bad day for that 19 year old.  Wonder if she learned a lesson?  bear passenger
