bear rescue

Rafting guides in Tennessee watched for days as a young bear cub struggled to stay alive.  Finally one of them rowed near enough for the cub to climb aboard.  When it was brought to shore, it was close to death but has now been taken to a rescue facility and is doing well.  Caretakers say that he should be able to go back into the wild to live out his life.  What is horrible about this story is that the rescuer and the guide service are facing fines for removing wildlife.  They are willing to pay whatever it costs because they couldn't just watch that bear cub die.  Kudos to them!  bear cub
