Cruel Prank

Teenagers in Phoenix painted a swastika on the head of a neighborhood chihuahua.  The teens said that it was just a joke and police are calling it a cruel prank.  Before finding the cause of the swastika, it had neighbors on edge.  Hopefully the teens realize their mistake and don't try to pull a stunt like that again.  Source: Huffpost
