Lucky Diver

A diver got separated from his boat and had to swim back to shore.  He had 4 miles of water between him and dry land but he knew he had to go for it.  John Craig swam for three hours which is a feat in itself but he did it while being stalked by a deadly tiger shark.  He swam with his spear gun facing backwards so that he could jab at the shark to get it to back away giving John a moment to swim before the shark returned.  The creature finally gave up the pursuit and John made it to shore where he was rescued.  He was lucky to make it.  Source: Sky News
