Parents in Georgia were arrested for tattooing their 6 children and are facing charges. Patty Marsh and her husband Jacob Edwards were arrested after they used a homemade device to tattoo their children. The children are 10 to 17 years old. Marsh said her children wanted tattoos and she didn't do anything wrong. "I don't understand why this got blowed up so big. I love my children.
