Buy a house...get $45,000

Josh Ferrin bought a house for his family--their very first home. It needed some work but it was something they could call their own. While in the garage, he notice a piece of cloth hanging from the ceiling. It opened a stairway to the attic where Ferrin found rolls of money totaling about $45,000.
