"Watcher House"

A house in New Jersey is back on the market.  The current owners bought it in June 2014 and never moved in.  They're willing to take a loss on the property and are trying to sell it for $1.25 million after purchasing it for $1.355 million.  The reason that they never moved in is that they started getting creepy messages from the "Watcher" asking for young blood to move in and "Have they found what is in the walls yet?"

The young family didn't feel safe moving their children into the house and have been trying to sell it ever since.  They're even suing the previous owners for not disclosing the presence of the "Watcher."  creepy notes
