The Religion of the Jedi is not a true religion. That's according to the Charity Commission for England and Wales. The Temple of the Jedi Order will not get charitable status because they're not a real organized religion. The Commission ruled that the Texas based group is mainly an online organization and doesn't meet the criteria to be approved. The group claims that they promote "goodwill, understanding, compassion, and serenity." The Temple of the Jedi Order was ranked as the 7th most popular religion in 2011. I may have to check that out.
